Ryan Raffin JD, CAP® is a partner at Charitable Solutions, LLC, focusing on compliance, tax, and due diligence issues relating to charitable giving. His work involves oversight of daily operations of Dechomai Foundation, Inc., a national donor advised fund specializing in noncash contributions.

Prior to joining Charitable Solutions, Ryan graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is licensed to practice in Colorado.

As cryptocurrency becomes an increasingly mainstream asset, charities may get an influx of donors asking whether they can donate their Bitcoin (or a weirder alternative!).
