To set webinar reminder emails in Oasis, go to <strong>Manage Feature</strong> and choose <strong>Reminder Email</strong>. Then, in the <strong>Detail</strong> page under the <strong>Email</strong> tab, you can enable reminders for 1, 3, or 7 days before the live event. Users will receive emails on those dates. You can edit the message using the pencil icon, though the default text is usually fine. If you’re using Zoom or another integrated webinar platform, you can also use its reminder emails, but it’s best to choose only one system to avoid sending duplicate reminders.
